A Shiva Ayurveda nemcsak egy hely, hanem egy híd – összeköt Téged azzal az ősi gyógyító bölcsességgel, amely generációkon átívelve segített megőrizni a test, az elme és a lélek harmóniáját. Küldetésünk, hogy visszavezessünk önmagadhoz – hogy tested energikus, elméd tiszta, szíved pedig békés legyen. Nem a tüneteket kezeljük, hanem az egyensúlyt keresve segítünk újra kapcsolódni a belső forráshoz, amely mindig is ott volt benned. Hiszünk abban, hogy minden ember egyedi – saját ritmussal, saját energiával. Az ajurvéda ősi nyelve ezt hívja dósának. Ez az energiaformád – váta, pitta vagy kapha – segít megérteni, mi táplál, mi gyengít, és hogyan érezheted magad igazán jól a saját testedben és életedben.

Lakshman Singh, központunk alapítója New Delhiből érkezett, ahol az ayurveda szellemiségében nevelkedett. Több mint 10 éves szakmai tapasztalatával és 6 éve Magyarországon élve olyan hiteles tudást közvetít, amely összeköti az ősi indiai hagyományokat a modern igényekkel.
Nálunk minden rólad szól – az igényeidről, az egyensúlyodról, a testi-lelki jólétedről. Nem futószalagon dolgozunk, nem csak egy újabb vendég vagy. Figyelünk rád – és valóban törődünk veled.
Our Ayurvedic treatments include Panchakarma, a traditional Ayurvedic detoxification program that is designed to cleanse your body of toxins and impurities and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Namaste A nevem Lakshman Singh, a Shiva Ayurveda központ alapítója és terapeutája. Az ajurvéda nemcsak a hivatásom, hanem a szívem útja is. Eredetileg Újdelhiből, India szívéből származom, és több mint tíz éve foglalkozom ajurvédikus gyógyítással. Miután megérkeztem Magyarországra, öt éven át dolgoztam Szentendrén, ahol sok értékes tapasztalatot és emberi kapcsolatot szereztem. Több mint egy éve pedig saját központomat vezetem Budaörsön, ahol mélyebb figyelemmel és még szabadabban élhetem meg az ajurveda szellemiségét.
Kezeléseim során a gyógyító masszázsokat, gyógynövényes terápiákat és személyre szabott életmódtanácsadást ötvözöm, hogy segítsek helyreállítani a test, az elme és a lélek egyensúlyát. Hiszem, hogy a valódi gyógyulás akkor történik, amikor a figyelem, az érintés és az energia tiszta szándékkal találkozik.
